Set on a world with one landmass known only as The Continent, the Twin Origin series follows the stories of two very different characters as they struggle to overcome the oppressive magic that has kept their people ignorant for centuries.

Beginning at two points in the west and east respectively, Naryn’s story begins on The Thousand Isles, a fragmented archipelago on the fringes of the Continent. She’s lived there her entire life, island-hopping to avoid pursuit from the wizards she escaped as a child. But her life takes an unexpected turn when she’s forced to flee inland, across a war-torn continent she’s unfamiliar with. Journeying from the coast to the furnaces to Ashbok, from the Amhari Desert to the source of magic itself, Naryn soon learns there’s more to the Continent than she could ever have imagined, and unearthing the ancient powers from which the wizards derive strength will have deadly consequences.

Raall’s journey takes him from Yomm, an island-nation in the Divide, to Ibriesh, the City of Wizards in the southeast. There he must learn what destroyed his nation, what the sorcerers want with him, and what part he plays in events that will reshape his world in ways he’ll struggle to understand.

Follow their stories as the two unlikely heroes are thrown into situations beyond their understanding and control, as they battle the forces of magic across the great continent towards an epic showdown that will shake the foundation of reality to its core.
